How do I sign up for PupHaven?
The first leap is to create a meal plan. We start by getting to know your pup. At the end of the icebreaker, we formulate a feeding guide for you. You will then be directed to the subscription page and, that’s it! Welcome to #TeamPupHaven!
What types of food does PupHaven serve?
For now, we are only serving dry kibbles but in the near future, we are looking to roll out treats as well for our furry friends.
Where can I see the ingredients of the kibbles?
The ingredients and guaranteed analysis of the kibbles will be on the packaging itself when you receive your PupHaven subscription. For more information on the product, please contact us via e-mail at woof@puphaven.com
How much dry food should I feed my dog?
Based on the information you shared with us in the icebreaker, we will formulate a feeding plan specific to your pup. Let us take care of that!
What's in the box?
In the box, you will find:
- Monthly kibbles for your pup.
- Feeding guide instructions on how much to feed your pup.
- For first time subscribers, you will also receive a free PupHaven scoop on your first order.
What is a PupHaven scoop?
You do not need one, but it makes feeding the right amount so much easier! Our scoops are designed to ensure close accuracy on how much to feed you pups.
How should I introduce my dog to their new PupHaven recipe?
Fret not! In the feeding guide included in your PupHaven subscription box, you will find a transition plan to introduce your dog to PupHaven.
How should I store my dog’s PupHaven kibble?
You can either store the kibbles in an airtight container, or simply reseal the PupHaven food bag. We pack our kibbles in resealable bags for your convenience. Additionally, the kibbles are packed in multiple smaller size packages to ensure freshness.
Do PupHaven provide vegetarian and vegan diets for dogs?
We currently do not have that option but feel free to reach out to us here and we will do our best to cater to your needs.
Are PupHaven Kibbles formulated according to AAFCO standards?
PupHaven Kibbles are formulated in compliance with AAFCO standards. We aim to provide a well balanced meal for your pup.
How often do my PupHaven food be delivered?
The frequency of delivery would be once every month. We usually provide you with additional servings in case of any delays in shipments. We can't let our furry friends starve!
How often do I pay for my PupHaven subscription?
The frequency of billing will be similar to that of deliveries, it will be once a month.
What payment methods are available?
PupHaven currently accept any Mastercard & Visa Payment made via Stripe.
